Frank Caruso completed an extensive 3,000-hour masters-level program at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in 2004. As a result, he became licensed by the Ohio Medical board and the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture & Oriental Medicine. Moreover, he has an expanding referral network from satisfied patients, local physicians, physical and massage therapists, chiropractors, and naturopaths.
